9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want a unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. Trainer is always included so you can learn how to do each exercise based on your fitness level. The programs consist of a proprietary system of nine challenging workout stations developed by a World Champion Kickboxer. By offering a 30 Minute full-body workout, with a new workout every day in a convenient circuit format, there are no class times. You come when you are ready and a new workout begins every three minutes.
